Refund policy

At EssyLuxe, we take pride in providing high-quality wigs and fashion items. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully.


Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:


  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact



Important (Wigs & Hair Products)

For hygiene reasons, wigs and hair products cannot be returned or exchanged if:


  • The lace has been cut
  • The wig has been worn, styled, or altered
  • The product shows any signs of use (odor, makeup, glue, etc.)



Non-Returnable Items


  • Worn or used wigs
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Final sale items



Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
